Sample time:  Sample in stock about 2-3 days. It depends for your own design samples. Usually 5 -7days .

Actually it depends on the samples quantity. As usual we offer free samples. However you need to pay the shipping cost, or if you have an DHL, FEDEX, UPS,TNT Express account that would be fine.

4.What about the lead time for mass production?

Mass production time: 20days (Depends on the Qty) after sample approved.

5.Can you help to design?

Yes,we have our own design team  to satisfy your special  requirements.

6 .What information should I provide for a quotation?

A: Commonly, we need to know the product name, size, material, and quantity for a rapid quote.

7 .When can I get the price?

We usually quote within  12  hours after we get your inquiry.

8 .What kind of payment you can accept?

 Actually, we usually use T/T  , L/C, PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, CREDIT CARDS,  We will try our best to meet your needs If you have special requirements.

9.What is the delivery time?

-Sample Order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment.

-Stock Order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment

-OEM Order: 12-20days after receipt of the deposit.

10 .Do you accept OEM or ODM order?

We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo and packing design.

11. How can you guarantee the production quality?

A: We have strictly quality control system in our production process. We have 4 times inspection for each finished products before package. Third part inspection acceptable!

12 . How  do you ship  the goods ?

A: For samples and urgent orders we usually ship  by express, by air ,   for big quantity goods, to save shipping cost we usually ship goods  by sea if not so urgent .  We are also experienced in FBA shipping for amazon sellers.
